Appointed to the Board in 2025, Ruvani Fernando (she/her) is also a member of the Governance Committee and Executive Committee, and serves as Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee.
Ruvani brings deep experience in corporate finance, business valuations, accounting, and audit, built through senior roles in Australia and the US. She is dedicated to ensuring strong financial stewardship and supporting the ongoing impact of Women with Disabilities Victoria.
Ruvani’s commitment to disability advocacy is shaped by her family’s lived experience with disability, strengthening her passion for advancing equity and supporting meaningful representation for women with disability.
