Ashleigh (she/her) is an experienced bureaucrat and Board Director with fifteen years’ experience across government, not-for-profit and private sectors domestically and internationally. Her previous experiences include working across the national security and defence sector as an analyst, embed and liaison officer progressing multi-agency and multi-national reforms in key operational, policy and legislative spaces.
In 2022, she founded the Kallan Lodge Library, a small charity placing books and vinyl records in youth mental health facilities. She also runs a company supporting organisations like Play Like a Girl Australia to reach their strategic goals via evidence-led initiatives.
Outside of work, Ashleigh is an ultramarathon open water swimmer achieving the Australian Triple Crown of Marathon Swimming, and successfully crossing the English Channel, Dál Riata Channel, Fastnet Rock and swimming the length of Loch Ness solo.
