Participants will

  • build confidence
  • explore who they are
  • reflect on their strengths (the things they’re good at)
  • learn more about their human rights
  • practice speaking up
  • work with a mentor to achieve a leadership goal
  • become a better leader in their community.

We will learn about these things in interesting, fun, creative and meaningful ways.

10 Years of the Enabling Women Program

WDV’s Enabling Women Leadership Program has been empowering women with disabilities since 2013. To celebrate this milestone, WDV’s Community Inclusion and Women’s Empowerment team held a special event at the Geelong Art Centre and there launched a 10 year celebration magazine and commemorative video. Find out more on our EW10 page.
